SunLight General Completes St. Luke Baptist Church Community Solar Project

SunLight General Capital partnered with Groundswell, a local developer of Community Solar, to install a rooftop solar array at the DC church. The 55 kW project was operational late January 2020 and adds to SunLight’s growing portfolio of Community Solar projects in the area.

St. Luke, founded in 1879, has now served the community for over 140 years and the energy it generates will go to 15 income-qualified families who will see their utility bills halved.
