Stacey Hughes manages the company’s equity and debt, having developed and structured SunLight’s ten investment funds, and also oversees asset and portfolio management. Previously, Stacey was a Managing Director at Société Générale, covering interest rate and currency derivative solutions for corporate clients, and worked in the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions groups at Salomon Brothers. Stacey has experience structuring sophisticated financial transactions, including solar project and debt financings, as well as investment fund management. She has a B.S. in Finance from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
