Édouard Klehe has originated, financed, and brought to operation hundreds of renewable energy projects for municipal and commercial counterparties. Édouard oversees and leads project development and asset management, as well as sources, structures, and closes tax equity transactions. He was previously a Managing Director at Société Générale, where he ran the Structured Credit and Principal Finance group. Édouard has more than 15 years of experience working in various senior trading, investment, and structuring roles, where he developed extensive expertise in structuring financial investments. In addition, he has managed portfolios of corporate and project finance bonds, asset-backed securities, and alternative investments. He received a master’s degree in Business and Finance from H.E.C. School of Management in Paris.
